Delivery costs
Each brand delivers free above its own spending threshold. Your bag shows, for each brand, how close you are to free delivery. Any delivery costs are shown at checkout, before you pay.
You are responsible for the delivery costs of your order. Should any import duties, customs fees or local taxes ever apply to an order in the country you order to, these are also paid by you.
Several brands, several parcels
Pretty Panther lets you shop many independent brands in one bag and pay once. Each brand then sends its own part of your order, so if you order from three brands you'll receive three parcels, each with its own tracking link.

Members get free delivery over €150

Do you deliver outside the EU?
Not yet. We'll add more countries over time.
How long does delivery take?
Your parcels are delivered within 3 working days. Parcels from different brands can arrive on different days.
Why did my order arrive in more than one parcel?
Because every brand sends its own products. Each parcel has its own tracking link in your shipping emails.
When do pre-orders ship?
Pre-orders are sent once the product arrives. The expected date is shown on the product and in your bag.
